Fitness Goal Update

After the successes of the first week the second week has been less so. Today was weigh in day and there was absolutely no measurable change from last week despite working my ass off and watching my diet extremely carefully. So disappointing but shit, as they say, happens and there are always peaks and troughs along the way.

I’ll be sticking with the same plan over the next week and will see how that goes. I’d expect progress to be made but if not will re-examine my strategy.

That 10% will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine.
